We named the company after the unglamorous part. Not a lab, not a studio — a factory: repeatable process, measured output, and shift work that doesn't stop when the demo ends. Federal programs don't need novelty. They need something that runs on Tuesday.

Source, documentation, pipelines, and data models are delivered to the government, in the government's repositories. If we leave, nothing breaks and nothing has to be repurchased.
Permanent people
We staff engagements with employees, not a rotating bench. The engineer in the kickoff meeting is the engineer in month twenty.
Say the number
Every claim we make to a customer has a figure and a period behind it. If we can't measure it yet, we say that instead.
